About

Light of Hope Ministries, Inc is a Bryan County interfaith nonprofit organization whose goal is to serve the homeless and those in need with dignity and compassion.
What we do
Light of Hope Ministries, Inc. will do what we can to help the homeless. We offer support and encouragement for them to get off the streets and be housed in a safe environment so they can become productive people in our community.
We serve a free meal each Saturday at Grace Baptist Church. The first Sunday of each month we deliver food to the camps.
Each Saturday, a message based on scripture is shared with those that come to eat. We sow the seeds of God’s love.
In the last five years we have made available clothing, food, toiletries, transportation to medical appointments, bedding, survival blankets during the coldest part of winter, and other necessities as they were available.
We have helped make contacts, so the homeless can received benefits they deserve. We have purchased special boots, so a young man could start a new job. We have provided transportation to medical appointments, so a person could receive the medical help that was needed.
